View Items in Media Library
From the WordPress Dashboard menu on the left, mouse over “Media” and then click “Library”.
There are two views: list and grid (icons upper left). Grid view displays each image as a thumbnail but without details. List view lists 20 images by default, but this can be changed by clicking the “Screen Options” tab in the upper right corner and increasing the “Number of items per page”. You can also check off “LiteSpeed Optimization” to increase the viewing width of the list view table.
The “Imsanity” plugin, which automatically resizes images upon upload, displays image dimensions in the list view of the Media Library.
Note: ignore the pink “Generate with AI” button at the top of the Media Library screen. This feature is not included with your Elementor Pro license.
Add/Delete Images
To add an image or PDF file to the Media Library, click the “Add Media File” button at the top of the Media Library screen. On the “Upload Media” screen, click the “Select Files” button and select the image(s) from your computer.
Note: you can also upload images directly to a page or post.
To delete an image from the Media Library, go to list view, mouse over the image, and click the “Delete permanently” link on the popup links.
Note: deleting an image from the Media Library will delete it from every page or post where the image was used.
